KipwarePA® is a CNC / G code programming tool designed to assist users ... beginner or advanced ... in efficiently and quickly creating correct and accurate G code programs for milling and turning operations.
By eliminating typing errors, misplaced codes, missed codes and mis-formatted codes it assists the user to create an error free and efficient program.
KipwarePA® uses a simple point and click interface. By clicking the buttons on the screen the user can add movement...G code...M code...just about anything to the program being created.
For example: Need to RAPID... just input the endpoint and click the RAPID button... the G-code is created and added to the text editor.
If more than the click is needed, KipwarePA® will auto-display a fill-in-the-blanks form and will auto-convert the entered form data into the correctly formatted corresponding G code output and add to the program editor.
As code is being created it is displayed on screen in a full featured G code editor. (This is a great way to learn code.)
KipwarePA® organizes the created code in a professional G-code program and displays it in the code editor.
Using the full featured Editor users can manually create programs or edit / alter any programming code.
Using the insert file feature, users can utilize a mix of previously created G code, auto-created G code through KipwarePA® and manual code creation within the KipwarePA® Editor to create complete programming code.
Once the program is completed the included toolpath plotter can be used to view the toolpath of the program.
