What is Webex: A Webex demonstration is a true online meeting where all participants can join the presentation on their own PC or mobile device. Control can even be passed to the participants to try the software from their own PC. Participants can ask questions and receive real time answers. Each presentation can be attended by 1 to 25 participants. These presentations are available to customers both in the U.S. and internationally. Webex is FREE for all participants ... there is nothing to install and no sign-up.
How does Webex work:
Use this form to submit a date and time when
you would like to schedule your live meeting.You can request a
meeting now or at a later date. If you select now
and the live demo is available, you will receive an email within 15
minutes to confirm the meeting.
Webex meetings can be scheduled during our
regular business hours. Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m to 5:00p.m.
EST.
Once the date and time is confirmed by email,
Kentech Inc. will set up the Webex Meeting.
All participants will receive an email with a
link to join the video portion of the presentation at the agreed
upon date and time.
In addition the email will have a toll free
number to call at the time of the meeting to join a conference call
for the audio portion.
The presentation will begin once all
participants have logged in. They will be able to view the
presentation on their individual PC screen and participate in the
audio portion via their phone.
